The completion of Phase 2 has been certified by Donato Mesce, Architect, CIV No. 39617. The architect's certification, dated August 14, 2026, confirms that the foundation works within the Phase 2 scope had been fully completed as of that date.Construction activity commenced with excavations on May 28, 2026, followed by the start of foundation works on June 24, 2026.
