SOLD: UAE Real Estate Is Back in the Spotlight as Buyer Activity Builds Across Q4 2026

Sep 24, 2026

SOLD highlights strong growth in the UAE real estate market, with rising transactions, new project launches and increased international buyer activity. The growing competition is making effective digital marketing increasingly important for developers and brokerages looking to attract buyers and generate sales.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, September 24, 2026 /MarketersMEDIA/ -- The UAE property market is heading into the final quarter of 2026 with strong momentum. Continued investment, rising transaction volumes, new project launches and international buyer activity are creating opportunities across the Emirates while also making the competition for serious property buyers increasingly intense.

The latest figures underline the scale of activity. Dubai completed 104 real estate projects during the first half of 2026, up 38.7% compared with the same period last year, with an investment value exceeding AED 111 billion. Buyer activity has remained strong too, with Dubai’s First-Time Home Buyer Programme generating more than AED 5 billion in transactions since its launch in July 2025.

Abu Dhabi has seen equally significant growth. Real estate transactions reached AED 117 billion during the first half of 2026, an increase of 112% year-on-year, while transaction volumes rose 61.7%. Sales alone accounted for AED 86.1 billion across 16,838 transactions, while foreign direct investment reached AED 13.8 billion, with non-resident investors from 116 nationalities active in the market.

Momentum is also extending beyond Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Sharjah recorded AED 4.6 billion in real estate transactions during August 2026, while Ajman registered AED 1.53 billion, demonstrating continued activity across the wider UAE property market.

For SOLD, a specialist real estate marketing agency focused exclusively on the property sector, these numbers point to something beyond market growth: as buyer activity rises, so does the competition to capture their attention.

More Demand. More Competition.

As the UAE enters the final quarter of 2026, developers and brokerages are preparing new launches, international campaigns, investor events and increasingly aggressive sales pushes.

But a stronger property market does not automatically make selling property easier.

More launches mean more choice. Buyers and investors are exposed to multiple developments, payment plans, incentives and investment propositions across Google, social media, property portals, email and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

For real estate brands, simply being present is no longer enough.

The objective is not to generate the highest possible number of leads. It is to reach the right buyer earlier, build enough trust to create intent, and develop a marketing journey capable of turning that interest into a genuine sales opportunity.

Andy Birt, Co-Founder and CEO of SOLD, said:

“The UAE property market continues to create huge opportunities, but it is also becoming much more competitive. Buyers have more projects, more information and more choice than ever before.

For developers and brokerages, being visible when a buyer starts researching is becoming just as important as being visible when they are ready to enquire.

The brands that build that presence across search, AI, paid media, social and international markets will be in a much stronger position to turn this next phase of market activity into sales.”

The Property Search Journey Has Changed

The way buyers discover and research property is evolving alongside the market.

The journey is no longer limited to property portals and traditional Google searches. Buyers can move between search engines, social platforms, video, property portals and AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini while researching locations, developers, communities and individual projects.

That means real estate marketing needs to work across the entire search and discovery journey.

For developers and brokerages assessing what the best real estate digital marketing agency should deliver, the focus should extend beyond paid lead generation alone.

Search visibility, SEO, digital PR, AI search optimisation, performance marketing, high-converting websites, creative positioning and international buyer acquisition increasingly need to work together as one commercial strategy.

SOLD’s approach is built around that journey: reaching buyers earlier, building demand across multiple channels and measuring marketing against genuine business outcomes rather than activity alone.

From Search to SOLD

Headquartered in the UAE with support offices across the UK and Asia, SOLD works exclusively within the property sector, supporting developers, brokerages, commercial real estate businesses and PropTech companies.

With more than 20 years of experience founding, scaling and marketing real estate businesses across MENA, Asia and Europe, SOLD combines property expertise with lead generation, SEO, AI search, digital PR, social media, branding and website development.

As the UAE heads into Q4 2026, the opportunity across real estate remains significant. But with more projects competing for the same buyers, the difference between generating visibility and generating genuine commercial results is becoming increasingly important.

For developers and brokerages, the question is no longer simply how much marketing activity can be generated. It is whether that activity reaches the right buyers, builds a stronger sales pipeline, and ultimately contributes to property sales.

Because in a competitive property market, visibility is only the beginning.
