Sawgrass Ford President Attributes Dealership's Success to Long-Term Employees
Sep 18, 2026
SUNRISE, Fla. - Sept. 18, 2026 - PRLog -- The president of one of the Southeast's largest volume Ford Dealers credits much of the dealership's success to its long-term employees.
"We have 30 employees who have been with the dealership for 20 years or more, some 30 years or more and some quickly approaching that status," said Sawgrass Ford President, David Menten. "This underscores that Sawgrass Ford is a great place to work and that we provide consistency at all levels, sales, service, parts, finance and our two collision centers. It's also rewarding to see our new hires on the road to become long-term employees."
Sawgrass Ford is among the nation's most decorated Ford dealerships, earning a record number of Ford customer service awards.
Recently, the Dealership earned its fourth Triple Crown Award, granted to dealerships that excel across multiple areas. To win a Triple Crown, a dealership must earn the following top honors in the same year:
- President's Award (customer satisfaction)
- Top Volume 100 Club (sales performance)
- Premier Club (service and parts performance)
For the 33rd year in a row, Sawgrass Ford earned a Partners in Quality award, one of the most coveted recognitions for Ford dealerships awarded those that demonstrate unparalleled customer satisfaction and loyalty especially in its relationship with Ford Credit. "It's our loyal and dedicated employees that make these awards happen," added Menten. "While some haven't earned the 20-year status, they are all learning from this remarkable core group of employees."
Sawgrass Ford is located at 14501 West Sunrise Blvd, one-half miles west of the Sawgrass Mills Mall. The dealership has extensive inventory of new and certified pre-owned vehicles, a 75-bay service area featuring a Quick Lane and two collision centers, one specifically for aluminum vehicles. Sawgrass Ford prides itself on never charging a dealer fee. For additional information, go to www.sawgrassford.com
