Incline Bed Therapy: Latex Mattress Foundation With 0 to 12 Inch Tilt Announced

Nov 4, 2026

Incline Sleep has announced the Incline Sleep 100, a tilt-only foundation with remote-controlled elevation from 0 to 12 inches, designed for latex and luxury mattresses and for side and back sleepers.

Glendale, United States, November 4, 2026 /NewsNetwork/ -- Incline Sleep recently introduced the Incline Sleep 100 Adjustable Base, a foundation built for incline bed therapy on latex and luxury mattresses. Unlike hinged adjustable beds that fold the mattress in the center, the base tilts the entire sleeping surface, with a remote control that sets the elevation anywhere from 0 to 12 inches.

The release of the Incline Sleep 100 comes as bed elevation remains a common recommendation for people with conditions like nighttime acid reflux or sleep apna. Cleveland Clinic lists raising the head of the bed 6 to 8 inches at night as one of several at-home steps that can help manage acid reflux, for instance. With the Incline Sleep 100, users can set and adjust that elevation by remote control instead of relying on blocks, risers, or wedges placed under the bed.

Some people try stacking extra pillows to raise their heads at night; however, according to the company, this only lifts the head and bends the body at the waist. Incline Sleep says that tilting the whole sleeping surface raises the sleeper's entire torso, which keeps the esophagus above the stomach throughout the night. This principle is the basis for the Incline Sleep 100’s design, which tilts the full mattress without folding it in the middle.

The mattress stays flat as the base tilts, so the foundation can be used by both side and back sleepers. It has 18 slats spaced 1.5 inches apart for airflow and stability, and it supports up to 1,200 pounds. Assembly takes about 15 minutes and requires no tools. Owners can place the base on a standard bed frame or directly on the floor, and it comes with a 10-year warranty. All of the company’s foundations are built factory-direct in Tempe, Arizona.

Incline Sleep also offers the Incline Sleep 500, which adds head and foot adjustment, and a foam incline wedge that fits under an existing mattress for people who want to try incline sleeping first. Customers who start with the wedge receive full credit toward an Incline Sleep adjustable base if they decide to upgrade later.

How Amsterdam’s Crackdown on Overtourism Is Reshaping the Market for Tour Operators

Amsterdam has spent the past several years rolling out some of the most forceful anti-overtourism measures of any European capital. The city has restricted large cruise ships from docking at its central Passenger Terminal, repeatedly raised its tourist tax to among the highest levels in Europe, and launched public campaigns actively discouraging disruptive visitor behaviour. For travel professionals selling Amsterdam as a destination, these are not cosmetic changes. They signal a structural shift in what kind of tourism the city is willing to accommodate.
