Dubai, United Arab Emirates Sep 22, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - HomeSearch has launched a directory of real estate agents and agencies in Dubai, with every profile checked against official Dubai Land Department (DLD) transaction records. The directory is live at homesearch.ae.
Dubai has thousands of licensed agents and hundreds of agencies. Most directories order them by how much they advertise, which tells a home seeker who paid for placement, not who is active in their area or price range.
HomeSearch builds each profile from registered DLD transactions. An agency page shows the communities it works in, the agents licensed under it, and the sale and tenancy contracts registered to it. Individual agent profiles sit under the agencies they belong to, so a search reflects real activity rather than advertising budget.
Someone deciding between two agencies for a villa in Arabian Ranches can compare their registered deals in that community, then contact the office directly from the profile. The directory covers Dubai and is free to use.
The directory is part of a wider platform. HomeSearch also publishes community and building guides and shows registered sale and rent prices across Dubai, all drawn from the same DLD records, so the profiles and the market data stay consistent.
"Agencies and agents already have a real record in the DLD data. We are putting that on the page, so a home seeker can judge a firm by the deals it has done, not by an advertising spend they cannot see." said Simranjeet Singh, founder of HomeSearch.
