Boston Industrial Solutions Expands Product Offering with Pad Printing Pads and Silicone for Custom Pad Manufacturing
Sep 28, 2026
The new products give pad printers greater flexibility in selecting the right pad for their application, whether they need a ready-made solution or prefer to manufacture a custom pad in-house.
Pad printing pads are available for customers looking for a convenient, ready-to-use option. For applications requiring specialized shapes, sizes, durometers, or configurations, Boston Industrial Solutions will also offer silicone specifically designed for making custom pad printing pads.
"Pad selection can have a significant impact on print quality and process performance," says Bonaventure Mutuku, COO of Boston Industrial Solutions. "By offering both finished pads and silicone for customers who want to make their own, we're giving pad printers more options to match their specific application requirements."
The new silicone offering is particularly suited for customers who need pads that are not readily available in standard configurations. Making pads in-house can allow manufacturers to create custom geometries and experiment with different pad designs to meet unique printing challenges.
With this expansion, Boston Industrial Solutions continues to provide products designed to support pad printing operations from equipment and inks to consumables and custom application solutions.
