The company is planning flights from Visakhapatnam to Ayodhya via Varanasi, as well as services from Vijayawada to Shirdi and Vijayawada to Tirupati. The fleet plan is subject to lease agreements, technical inspections and required approvals.
The company has outlined a 390 crore plan for commercial operations, covering aircraft leasing and maintenance, staffing, training, airport services, technology systems and day-to-day operations.
Air Indo also aims to create employment and aviation training opportunities for young people in Andhra Pradesh and generate business for local service providers. The company intends to bring regional hospitality to its onboard service and provide passengers with clear information throughout their journey.
Air Indo is targeting May 2027 for the start of commercial flights. The company is in the initial preparation and certification stages. The launch and final schedule are subject to approvals from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and other relevant authorities, aircraft availability and operational readiness.

The hottest ingredient of 2026? It is not a new breed of truffle, chocolate-fed Wagyu, nor caviar on pearl spoons. Instead, this ingredient is far from new, dating back about 9,000 years: corn. Across New York, London and Japan, sweetcorn pastries, pastas and pizzas have captured the imagination of chefs, content creators and corn enthusiasts. The city has restricted large cruise ships from docking at its central Passenger Terminal, repeatedly raised its tourist tax to among the highest levels in Europe, and launched public campaigns actively discouraging disruptive visitor behaviour. For travel professionals selling Amsterdam as a destination, these are not cosmetic changes. They signal a structural shift in what kind of tourism the city is willing to accommodate.
