2022 ERTC Qualification & Eligibility Assessment For SMBs & Non-Profits Updated

Jul 11, 2022

Encinitas,United States - July 11, 2022 /PressCable/

In the two years since the CARES Act was passed, the pandemic relief programs it included have gone through several amendments. Retention Credit Recovery Service has updated its pandemic relief application program to allow employers to take advantage of these amendments with expanded eligibility requirements and increased claim amounts.

More information about the expanded eligibility requirements is available at https://employeeretentionrebate.com

Small business owners that wish to apply for the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) program can use the updated rebate service to have their refunds maximized by a team of ERTC specialist accountants. With the newly expanded eligibility companies with up to 500 full-time employees may qualify for rebates.

Non-profit organizations, including churches, clinics, and performing arts centers are also eligible for tax credits after the latest expansion, as long as they have W-2 employees and meet the other program requirements. New businesses founded during the pandemic may also apply, though they have a different list of qualifications, such as requiring gross receipts of less than $1 million.

The updated fast rebate service helps employers to claim up to $26,000 per employee in rebates, which will be delivered as a check in the mail from the IRS.

There is no official deadline for the expanded relief program, but it does have a limited amount of funding, so the ERTC specialists are focused exclusively on completing pandemic relief claims. Each new claim requires only a 15-minute time commitment from the client, with the CPA team completing the paperwork. Under the expanded eligibility, employers may qualify for a rebate if they suffered significant financial losses during the pandemic, or had to close their business due to government orders, such as a lockdown. It is also possible to claim tax credits for businesses that remained open, but at a reduced capacity due to either government orders or supply chain shortages.

Recent satisfied clients of the fast rebate service include a Montessori school in Addison, IL, which was able to claim $175,000 in tax credits with 35 W-2 employees. The CPA team also helped a Florida-based restaurant ownership group with 224 W-2 employees to claim $1,120,000 in rebates.
